We deliver via Yurtiçi Kargo for domestic orders and UPS for international orders. Domestic deliveries takes 3 - 5 business days and international deliveries takes  7- 10 business days.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:

• Naive Atelier offers easy 14 day returns from the delivery date of your order.
• Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
• Item/s marked as "final sale - no returns or exchanges" and item/s purchased with sale cannot be returned. They can be changed with another item and in case the new product price is higher, the difference is paid by the customer by bank transfer. If it is lower, a discount code equal to the difference is defined for the use of customer in future orders.
• Please note that, due to the delicate nature of our fabrics and limited stock, items purchased during the sale are non-returnable. However, we are happy to assist with size exchanges to ensure you find the perfect fit. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
• In case of return requests, shipping costs belong to the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Naive Atelier takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us.
